THE ACTION

Introduce the visitor to the concept of enhanced user experience for the guest, through the control of electronic equipment in the room by cell phone or tablet.

DEVELOPMENT

Internet of Things (IOT) concepts were used to integrate the application with equipment such as cable TV, air conditioning, lights in the different environments of the apartment and lamps with intensity regulation. With the user's consent, the application analyzes and generates usage and behavioral data, which is used to feed legacy systems to categorize and generate more assertive advertising.

Application to engage benefit card users and generate insights through BI and AI algorithms.

OPERATION

A client from the Internet Banking field, who provides benefit cards targeted at their client's employees. Through the app, employees can buy meals, fuel, parking tickets, pay bills, among other options.

The application gathers and pre-processes information in order to provide it to company's AI / BI system, which in turn generates insights such as focused advertising, encouraging specific uses of the card, in addition to the use of chatbot for answering operational questions such as limit requests, next recharge date and so on.
